The project makes use of the partnership between ASTER, CNA of Modena and the Democenter Foundation and a group of manufacturing and service companies , in various technological and dimensional segments, as well as economic operators and organizations that triggered profound changes in the food supply chain. Their involvement concerns not only the support during the research phases, but also in the presence at the workshop that will conclude the first phase of analysis o f the results in May 2015.
