German Multinationals in Emlia. The Lamborghini case

The Department of Psychology and the Department of Economics collaborate, each for its own competences and for the parts of their respective pertinence, to the project "German Multinational in Emilia. The Lamborghini case. The project “is divided into two parts:" Conflict and participation in industrial relations: longitudinal analysis on Lamborghini SpA ", coordinated by Prof. Margherita Russo; and" Produce cars between Germany and Emilia. The cultural translation of the Volkswagen model in the Emilian context ", coordinated by Professor Fulvia D' Aloisio.

As part of the collaboration relationship covered by this agreement, the Department of Psychology has an interest in collaborating on ethnographic research within the company. The results of the research will be published (nationally and internationally) in sector journals (or even scientific volumes) and will be made public presentations, both academic and dissemination.

As part of the collaboration relationship covered by this agreement, the Department of Economics has an interest in collaborating in the construction of the document base and in the analysis of the second level bargaining carried out in the Lamborghini case, as indicated in the research proposal.

The results of the research will be the subject of scientific publications (national and international) in sector journals (or even scientific volumes) and public presentations, both academic and dissemination.

Lamborghini allows Professor D' Aloisio of the Department of Psychology to conduct in-depth interviews with employees, agreed with the company in time and manner, carried out anonymously and in accordance with the code of ethics regulated and supervised by the appropriate Department Commission of Psychology.

Lamborghini grants to the Department of Economics the use of the material subject to the study concerning the company's industrial relations from the first available source (1963) up to the most recent usable documents.

The Department of Psychology and the Department of Economics will be able to use the results of the research in their scientific activity.

Lamborghini may use the processing carried out under the convention for its business activities and may make them public by quoting the source.
